63rd ANNUAL WEST NEWBURY TURKEY SUPPER & Bake Sale, OCT. 12:

Meet Jan, the procurement specialist of the Turkey Supper. The last 2 months she has been on the lookout for every napkin, pie, and coffee bean for the Turkey Supper. This week, she is tracking down 28 gallons of cider, 103 pies, 45 pounds of butter, 4 pounds of decaf coffee, and 12 quarts of chicken stock. But for Jan, the best part is the people: "For me, the highlight of Turkey Supper is the camaraderie that's developed between those of us who have been involved for many years (decades!) and welcoming new neighbors. It is a wonderful way of keeping West Newbury strong while serving a great meal to over 500 people who often return year after year." Date: Saturday October 12th

🍁Settings: Settings are at 5:00pm (ALMOST sold out!), 6:15pm (Selling quickly) and 7:15pm.

🍁Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended as we often sell out. Make your reservation today by calling: 703- 608-1827 or emailing: westnewburyhall@gmail.com. In your request please include your name, preferred setting time or take out, and the total number of adults and children.

🍁Location: West Newbury Hall, 214 Tyler Farm Road, West Newbury VT. The hall is a historic gem tucked into the hills overlooking the White Mountains. Bake Sale across the street at the West Newbury Church.

🍁Menu: Everything is made from scratch by the local community and when possible from local farms: roast turkey, dressing, local mashed potatoes, gravy, local squash, coleslaw, cranberry sauce, rolls, cider, coffee/tea, pie (apple, pumpkin).

🍁Cost: $16 per ticket for adults; $10 per ticket Children 10 and under; $16 Take-out.
