Combining yoga & Pilates is a natural fit as both practices are centered in breath, mindfulness, and full-body movement.
Enjoy a variety of mat Pilates exercises, plus yoga combinations that'll stretch & strengthen your entire body.
No Pilates/yoga experience necessary.

October: 8, 15, 22, & 29
Tuesday, 5:30 - 6:30PM
Full Session $60, drop-ins $17
Participants will need a mat.
