Fall Bounty at the market!! Green Acres Homestead will be bringing farm raised duck meat and duck fat to the market this week. In case you didn't know, duck fat is great for many culinary uses due to its high melting and smoke point. It also can be used in baking! Lalumiere Farm and Mellow Brook CBD will have an abundance of fall fruit and veggies. Smith Family Farm will of course have all of their delicious meats, (if you haven't tried their bacon - you've gotta!) and Dahn Zahn Dairy will have their savory cheeses including Alice's Jacked Cheddar! Mediterranean Mix will be there too! Live music! 3-6:30pm at the green space next to the methodist church on Main Street. See you there!!
