You might have heard that it's an election year. Jericho Democrats and neighboring committees are bringing back an old tradition of gathering with crackers, cakes, and candidates for a meet and greet. This is an opportunity to join with interested neighbors, and meet some of our Democratic and Progressive candidates for local and statewide office at the Jericho Community Center : Wednesday October 9th from 5 to 7 p.m..

We'll have a few short speeches and time for you to chat with candidates, ask questions, give input. It's also a great time to visit with your neighbors. We'll have crackers and cakes, cheese and cookies too. Bring a plate to share if you'd want to contribute too. This event is BYOB, so if you'd like to have a beverage for yourself, or to share, bring along a bottle of soda, juice, water, wine or a six-pack of something. Or feel free to just share in what others bring. No RSVP necessary. Hope to see you there!
