The Essex Community Justice Center is serving as a neutral facilitator in convening this community forum about the proposed new women's correctional facility in the Town of Essex. This forum is an opportunity to hear from the community based providers who work inside the current facility and who have worked with the incarcerated population of women for close to 20 years across 5 different facilities.
