A Yoga Fusion class of slow movement, asana, breath practices and deep relaxation. Whatever is called for comes, whether yoga, Qigong, or Tai chi; all to allow the full flow of cosmic energy through our Being. On the physical level energy flow increases, endorphins are released and there is an increase of blood flow through the body and especially thru the brain and heart. Studies have found that sitting in Presence is better than prescription drugs for lifting depression.
We will focus on:
Nervous system : The Twelve Dharma Nerve Exercises. Keeping the nervous system flexible and wiring it for a youthful way of being. Connecting as the electrical circuit through - out the physical body.
Brain: This way of being ignites brain function through bringing both sides of the brain into one frequency which leads to a deep peace.
Balance: Fun exercises which bring full body awareness and the importance of the feet Breathing: Changing your breath changes your consciousness & emotional IQ.
Deep, relaxation: The realization that deep relaxation, even for a few minutes, creates a pause for our True or Divine nature to shine through.
$15 per class or $52 for 4 classes
Bring: mat, towel, block, thin blanket. Leave self at door.
