What does it mean to love a forest?
Join the MCA in welcoming Forester and newly published author Ethan Tapper for a book launch of his recent literary debut "How to Love a Forest : The Bittersweet Work of Tending a Changing World."
Recently retired Franklin/Grand Isle County Forester (and MCA patron of the Arts) Nancy Patch will present an introduction to Ethan's experience, knowledge, and authorship followed by an in-person reading, author Q&A, and book signing.
Food and beverage sponsored by Cold Hollow to Canada and the Montgomery Conservation Commission. Books available for purchase on-site provided by Phoenix Bookstores (your door-ticket-purchase price will go towards a credit on your purchase of a copy of Ethan's book at this event).
We ask that you reserve your spot ahead of time online so that we have a sense of attendance, though walk-ins are welcome also. Tickets are $5 (redeemable towards purchase of a book on-site, provided by Phoenix Books).
