A neighbor-to-neighbor informational meeting for potentially-affected Middlebury landowners of Phase II of the Addison Natural Gas Project will be held Friday, August 9th at 6:30pm at the Middlebury Town Gym. Some residents affected by the Phase I proceedings in other towns have been invited to speak and share their stories. These residents have first-hand experience with the process, including Section 248 proceedings, right-of-entry issues, interactions with Vermont Gas Systems, and interactions with their selectboards.

This is not a meeting to weigh the pros and cons of the project. In an effort to keep focused on residents' concerns, organizations, companies, and state agencies have not been invited to be panelists. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate.
