The Rockingham Energy Committee needs volunteers to help build 205 insulating window inserts for 27 families in Rockingham and nearby towns at a "community build" in Bellows Falls that starts next week (October 11-16). The program is called WindowDressers. https://windowdressers.org/ This is a wonderful opportunity for community members to work together and assemble the inserts that both incease comfort and reduce fuel bills.
