Community Suggestions:
~ 7:20 p.m. - WRC has been asked to take on all grade 5 (and sort of 6) sports programs - Coach Staab will be joining us. Fairfax Rec asked about this last week as well.
~ Youth Basketball - gym reserved 11/2/24 through 3/29/24 9 to 1 PK-K has been requested and has coaches, 1-2 has coaches, not sure about 3-4 yet.
~ Field Trips - insurance is already covered

Misc:
~ Annual Report due to Holly Wednesday, November 6 (samples: 2023, 2022) This goes into the Town report book for Town Meeting Day. It needs a refresh! TABLED in September
~ Budget for FY '26 - are we asking for help with rink stipend? 4th? TT? Anything else? Due to Holly October 3. If anything, we would like to request to split a stipend with the town for the 4th of July. We had voted previously for a stipend of up to $500.
~ Recreation Inventory to Holly for budgeting and planning purposes: TABLED in September
~ Parent/Spectator code of conduct - for soccer specifically, but in general?: TABLED until next meeting. We would like to discuss and vote on wording.
~ Registration form with stronger wording and Venmo option. What do we do when folk don't put the required information in their payment?
~ Recreational Trails Program Annual Grant: TABLED in September Deadline 12/6/2024
