Join us for some healthy fun tomorrow, Sept 30th, 6.30-8.30pm in the Wing Center @24 Upper Main st (right next to Cumberland Farms station). Energy exchange is $7-11 cash or Venmo.

Sometimes we have to dance thru ups and downs and around the curveballs life throws us..
So come as you are, bring what's laying heavy on your heart or share your joy and light!
