Please join us for the second program in the Central Vermont OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) fall series on Wednesday, October 2 at 1:30 pm at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center.

Under the presentation title "Building Resilience in Vermont Communities," Michael Wood-Lewis, founder of FPF, will describe how he has grown the organization to 30 staff members serving 235,000 of the state's 270,00 households. He will share thoughts from his experience working with every town in Vermont.

If you haven't signed up for the series yet, there is still time. All the details are below. This week's program is the second of eight presentations held on Wednesdays, 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, 58 Barre St. The series concludes with three film programs at the Savoy Theater, 26 Main St., Montpelier. You may register for the whole series or individual sessions in one of three ways

2. By phone (again, with your credit card) at UVM's Non-Credit Registration Office at 802-656-8407; or

3. By mail by completing a registration form on the brochure or available at each session and mailing it to UVM Non-Credit Registration Office, 85 So. Prospect St, Box 34, Burlington, VT 05405

Registration for the series (10 remaining programs) is $40 per individual or $70 per couple (any two people), or $8 per program. Registration should be done beforehand.
