The Faces of ACEs
A film about the impact of stress and what we can do about it.
"Faces of ACES" is a 30 minute documentary that delves into the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
Now understood to be one of the leading causes of health issues, from heart disease and cancer, to substance abuse and depression, stressful experiences in childhood can alter brain development and have lifelong effects on health and behavior.
The ACES system allows people to identify their level of childhood stress, and move on to better health and well-being.
