Seasonal Sides Cooking Class & Dinner (Part 1)

The Green Mountain Girls Farm, a member of The Floating Bridge Food & Farms Cooperative would like to help you prepare for the Holidays with a Slice of Life workshop. On November 20 from 5-7pm learn some great recipes for incorporating local and seasonal produce into your holiday meals, or even weekly dinners! From fritters to creative salads make them all and then enjoy a farm fresh dinner made from the sides at the Green Mountain Girls Farmhouse Inn. The class will start in the farmstand to gather ingredients (923 Loop Road). This is a great class for all ages, bring your ideas, questions and get ready to learn and sample!
