There will be a contra dance at the Mann Hall on the UVM Trinity Campus this Saturday evening, with a lesson for true beginners at 6:45pm, and the dance properly beginning at 7pm.
Contra is a New England tradition that anyone can learn instantaneously- it's super easy, and a fun opportunity to meet new people in and around the community. No need to come with a partner or to know any of the dances beforehand, we'll all get sorted out together!
Donations suggested at the door. Cool clothing and soft-soled shoes are strongly recommended. See you there!
