Join me this fall to skill up and stock your apothecary with useful, tasty herbal medicine to get through the cold season. Ready to demystify tincture making? How about some kitchen medicine with a kick? Looking to lather up while staying hydrated in style? Take one class or all four! Classes are from 10am-12pm at the beautiful Red Wagon Plants in Hinesburg.
10/13 TINCTURE MAKING 101: Learn to make your own potent alcohol-based herbal extracts with fresh or dried herbs.
11/2 FIRE CIDER: Use common pantry staples to make a tasty, fiery immune tonic (great class for kids too!)
11/23 THE PERFECT CUP OF TEA: From the garden to the teapot, learn to harvest, dry and make your own delicious custom herbal tea blends.
12/7 SKIN SOOTHING OILS + SALVES: Banish dry skin forever with herb-infused oils and beeswax salves (that also make great gifts!)
All classes are $25-$50 sliding scale, with a discount if you sign up for all four.
