-Clothing & footwear should be very clean & in really good condition.
-Label the bag with "Baby", "Little Kids", "Big Kids", "Womens", Mens", "Linens", etc..
-If you have RAGS we will take them as well...RAGS are anything gross, dirty, ripped,
moldy, etc..Put them in separate bags clearly labeled-- "RAGS"
-Please, NO Hangers.
All are welcome on Saturday to take whatever you would like from all the clothing we have available. (There will be A LOT!) $1.00/person entry. Donations gladly accepted as well. No one will be turned away for lack of funds!
***You do not need to drop clothing off in order to take clothing.***
WHY??: We want to keep unwanted textiles out of the landfill or the burn barrel. We believe that reusing and repurposing clothing is practical, and less expensive than buying new. This is a wonderful community event that will make you feel good! And it's fun!
Would you like to volunteer for this event? (we always need volunteers). Great community service opportunity for high school students. Please contact Jennifer Skorstad at njskorstad@gmail.com
