Looking for a way to combine the energizing power of running with the calming benefits of yoga? Our 8-week Run to Zen series is the perfect opportunity! Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting, this program will help to gradually boost endurance, improve flexibility, and bring balance to both body and mind.
Led by Prema Agate, a local yogini and running enthusiast whose intention is to bring more wellness opportunities to our community. Each session will start with a community stretch on the common, a 30 minute run through town, followed by a yoga flow back at the studio, designed to enhance mobility and recovery. You'll experience the perfect balance of strength and serenity, all while connecting with a supportive group of fellow runners and yogis.
But this series isn't just about fitness—it's also about community. You'll join a supportive group of like-minded folks who share the goal of improving their well-being. Each session will leave you feeling energized, centered, and ready for the day ahead.
