A group of nine area artists are participating in Open Studio this fall through the Essex Art League. They have rented the Sugarhouse Gallery in Jeffersonville for October 5 -12. The gallery is located just behind the Visions of Vermont Gallery, at 100 Main Street, in Jeffersonville.

Open Studio is organized and supported by the Vermont Craft Council. We hope you will all try to visit our kickoff from 10-5 on October 5th and 6th when we will feature demonstrations, homemade cookies and a strolling violinist! Most of our artists will be in attendance the first two days. Or you could enjoy a visit during the week when only a couple of the artists will be 'sitting' the gallery daily from 11-5 from October 7-12.

Types of art for sale include pottery, sculpture, oil, pastels, cut paper, prints, greeting cards, and watercolors.
