The Vermont Council on Literacy is presenting a virtual fall conference featuring Katherine Paterson and the choice of three workshops on October 17 and 24. This week is Banned Books Week, and this year's theme is Freed Between the Lines. Katherine will be addressing this subject in her keynote, and one of the three workshops will also focus on book banning.

We have long-time award winning Katherine Paterson joining us on the afternoon of October 17th from 3:30-4:45 pm on ZOOM! She will discuss "reading as a revolutionary activity." On October 24th from 3:30 to 4:45 pm we will be joined by 3 Vermont educators. Each participant will choose to attend the workshop of their choice. Don't miss this ENGAGING event.
