3:30 PM Lauren Sheehan concert - Lauren Sheehan brings her down-home music uptown, mixing old blues, early jazz and roots of country for a bluesbilly-good-time sound. Lauren is also known for her multi-instrumental prowess and unforgettable voice Her music has been cataloged in the Library of Congress, and was recently included on "Sweet Bitter Blues" a compilation CD celebrating living Piedmont blues musicians.
6:30 PM Made in Peacham Movie We will show a 1996 American film starring Alison Elliott and Ellen Burstyn. It tells a story of a woman who is released from prison and goes to work in a small-town café, The Spitfire Grill.

Eric Hanson
In this program, Vermont Center for Ecostudies (VCE) biologist, Eric Hanson, will discuss the amazing recovery of loons in Vermont over the past 30 years, the threats that they face, and the conservation actions that have brought them back. We'll explore their fascinating behaviors and natural history from territorial takeovers to visual and verbal communication. Eric will also share some findings from VCE's Mountain Birdwatch and Forest Bird Monitoring programs. The VLCP is a program of the Vermont Center for Ecostudies (VCE) and the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department.
