PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on October 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:
Sawyer Dog Real Estate LLC c/o Uday Smith, applicant, is requesting Major Site Plan and Conditional Use approval for commencement of a retail store use at 3 Southerberry Drive, described as Parcel # 207014-001002, SPAN 396-123-14592. The proposal is for a change of use only, and there are no exterior changes proposed. The subject parcel is part of the Southerberry PUD which is 18.56 acres, owned by Southerly Side US Route 7 LLC, is located within the Checkerberry Commercial (M4-C) zoning district, and the Town Core Planning Area.
A meeting link will be included with the meeting Agenda. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearing. Participation in the local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal. To determine if you may qualify as an interested person, please contact the number below.
