Please join the ILM Recreation Department for a free poetry workshop for all levels of writers and listeners including discussion on the importance of mindfulness as a part of the creative process. Participants will have time to share written work from the class and are encouraged to bring a favorite poem to share.
Michael Jerome Cunningham, a Forest Therapy Guide and Yoga teacher, is published in The Red Wheelbarrow (15) 2022 poetry anthology. He is the winner of the Performance Poets Association 2021 Poetry Prize. His poems are published in the October 2021 edition of Honeyguide Literary Magazine, the Fall 2021 issue of Druidical: a Bardic Art and Literary Journal, and in the Indolent Books online anthologies: Poems in the Aftermath and What Rough Beast.
