Are you over 60? Are your parents over 60? Do you (or they) want to remain healthy in your (their) own home? Are you looking for ways to volunteer in our communities? Then you need to learn how Age Well can help.
Come to the Shoreham Congregational Church on Thursday October 3 at 2 PM to learn more. This presentation is free and open to the public.
Age Well provides services and support to allow Older Adults to stay independent, and remain healthy at home, where they want to be. By integrating community resources, health services, and wellness programs to enhance and improve quality of life and reduces barriers, it provides access to healthy meals, care, and community resources. Volunteers can visit seniors in their own homes, or take them on errands, or provide respite time for caregivers, or do minor home repairs, or provide transportation, or deliver Meals on Wheels. Age Well does not charge for services provided.
