This yoga class moves through a series of mindful movements/flows connecting your breath to your body...improving flexibility, stability and relaxation.
Instruction is clear with a focus on foundation and alignment of poses. Restorative and yin yoga are added to the mix for the ability to "create space within", while nourishing your joints and deeper tissue.
Great for anyone looking for a slower- paced, relaxed class!
