Come get your heart pumping and strengthen your body in this fun dynamic group workout!
Expect to see lots of bodyweight exercises like jumping jacks, squats, push ups and burpees, agility drills and possibly games! Formats may include timed intervals, stations, and/or rep counting.
Bring yourself, a mat, a water bottle, and a good attitude!
Starting this Sunday 9/29, 9-10AM @ the VCFA Green (through October, weather permitting)
Cost is sliding scale $5-15.00 cash or Venmo.
*Must be 18 and over to participate. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
