On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Governor Scott, along with his cabinet and extended cabinet, will be spending the day in Orleans County as part of the Capital for a Day series.
The Department of Taxes is hosting two one-hour presentations and discussions at the Irasburg Town Hall at 1 Park Ave., Irasburg, including:
"Service Oriented Tax Administration in Vermont and Tax Policy Highlights from the 2024 Legislative Session," led by Tax Commissioner Craig Bolio, at 1:00, and
"Education Finance, an Overview for Taxpayers," with Jake Feldman, Senior Fiscal Analyst and Commissioner Bolio, at 2:15.
