Gentle Yoga at the Milton Grange! π§π»π¦ππΌποΈ
Please join us for one of two sessions of this weekly Gentle Yoga class to relieve stress, increase flexibility and balance, calm the mind, aid digestion and sleep, and strengthen the body. We'll practice slow and relaxing stretches and asanas (postures) linked to different breathing techniques (pranayama), and share a quiet, peaceful practice to soothe the nervous system, meditate, and regain our center. No experience necessary. All levels are welcome!
Chairs will be provided for those with limited mobility or injuries.
What to bring: Please bring your open, beginner's mind! Wear comfortable, layered clothing, and bring a yoga mat, a small towel, a small blanket/throw, and a water bottle.
