Need a good reason to get outdoors and give yourself a gift of self care and comradery? Join us for Stretch & Sip Yoga, outside on the Featherbed Inn meadow, Saturday at 11am. The weather looks fine (enough), and this will be our last yoga offering of the 2024 season. The lovely Karen McPhillips of Salt & Sand Studios will once again lead us through the practice, and the Featherbed will serve up scones, tea, and conversation after the class. Karen makes this practice YOUR practice, so whether you've never been on a yoga mat or you have years of yoga experience, this class is just right.
