This is a really fun fundraiser for Merrymac Farm Sanctuary in Charlotte. Cost is $40 for the class and you will be entered into a raffle (see below)

All attendees will be entered into a raffle for a Laughing River Yoga insulated water bottle, a five class pack to Laughing River Yoga ($85 value), and a Merrymac Farm Sanctuary t-shirt.
Join us for a yoga class followed by a sanctuary tour! Christina Fornaciari will lead a mellow yoga class in the grass incorporating gentle stretching and breath-guided movement to feel more ease in the body and mind. Christina shares yoga as a path for not only feeling more connected to our most inner self, but also to feel more connected to the entire community of life - humans and non-humans.
This 60 minute class is open to all-levels, including beginners. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to practice on, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle with you.
Christina Fornaciari is the co-owner and co-director of Laughing River Yoga in Burlington, VT, where she leads group classes, teacher training programs, and workshops. Through the timeless teachings of yoga, Laughing River Yoga aims to support our community with the practices, tools, and wisdom to meet the present moment and inspire a more conscious and liberated life.
