The Town of St. Albans and Northwest Regional Planning Commission have received funding to study the Northern and Southern Growth Areas via Federal RAISE Grant money for the purpose of understanding the beneficial impacts and opportunities of transit-oriented development (TOD). The consultant team is kicking-off this 9-month process and needs to hear from YOU!

What to expect at the meeting?
An overview presentation about the collaborative planning process, followed by small group discussions. This is the first in a series of meetings and events to share information and hear from as many people as possible to inform this effort.
