Have you noticed changes in your swallowing as you age? Most people don't think about swallowing until they encounter challenges. Come join Lisa Carey, Speech Language Pathologist for an insightful presentation on the mechanics of swallowing and changes that may occur as you age.

You may also consider attending the Senior Indoor Cycling Class at 10:30-11:15 on Wednesday, September 25 prior to the lecture. You don't have to register - the drop in rate is $10. All fitness levels welcome.
