Mosaic will be offering a 'Supporting your Nervous System' drop in workshop for folks who have experienced or been impacted by sexual harm. Please join us tomorrow, September 20th at Fox Market from 11:00am - 12:30pm. This will be a facilitated conversation and somatic practice to explore what it looks like to support yourself and to care for one another following harm. No registration is necessary and there will be advocates available to chat. Please share with your communities.
