This month at cookbook club, we're talking about Let's Make Dumplings! A Comic Book Cookbook by Hugh Amano and Sarah Becan. This book is a great introduction to many varieties of dumplings (shapes, fillings, cooking methods!) and has detailed visual instructions to help you master the techniques.

Here's how it works:
- Each participant checks out a copy of the book and signs up to bring one of the dishes
- Read and cook at home
- Everyone eats and discusses the book and the dishes at the meeting!
