Inspired by the book "Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness", by Jonathan Haidt the Lanpher Library is hosting a 2 part discussion.

Part 1 takes place on Tuesday, October 1st at 6:00.
We'll kick-off the discussion with some introduction to the subject of how the rise in use of smart phones and social media has caused increased mental distress.

There will be some copies of the book available for loan on October 1.

We'll join together again on Tuesday, November 12th at 6:00 after folks have had a chance to explore the book, to continue the discussion.
