Hi! Please join me (Carly Rudzinski) on Sunday, September 22, for a pop-up yoga class celebrating all things autumnal equinox. Class will be held from 10:00-11:00am (outside) - please bring warm clothes, your own mat, and any props or items you may need to enjoy a peaceful practice. Donation based, with a suggested donation of $10.
