"Landing in the Body" is an invitation into intimacy with the shifting landscape of autumn. Come breathe with the trees as they let go, slow down and attend to the moss and mycelia, and dance and play under a big sky as the geese take flight.

Drawing from Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Deep Ecology and more, we will remember connection, co-regulation, and kinship with the more-than-human world.
