5:05 CVRPC presents draft of the 2024 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. Action unlikely.

5:20 Highway report and FEMA update including discussion of the 2024 Hurricane Beryl Emergency Declaration and how to proceed with 2024 emergency repairs. Possible update on East Hill Road culvert issues and any other road-relate matter that may come before the board. Action possible.

5:55 MVFD monthly meeting. Action possible.

6:10 Treasurer report. Discussion of interest rate on the new line of credit to pay for road repairs. Action possible.
