St Albans Museum, along with the St Albans Free Library, is hosting a facilitated book talk September 21 at 2:00pm on "Gather" by Kenneth Cadow. This book is the 2024 Vermont Reads selection and is appropriate for readers age 14 and above. Free copies of the book can be picked up at the library or the museum. The museum suggests that you visit the Smithsonian traveling exhibit, Changes in Rural America, as part of your experience. The exhibit is at SAM until October 5. On October 5, the musueum will also be offering a visit from the author, Kenneth Cadow, at the library at 2:00pm. Light refreshments will be served at both events.

All participants bringing a reaction to the book on Sept 21, will be entered in a random prize selection. This can be a poem, song, drawing, model, narrative, etc.
