The E. Montpelier & Calais Historical Societies will meet on Monday, Sept. 16 at 5:00 p.m. for a tour of the Cate Cemetery, adjacent to the Cate Farm accessible from Rte. 2 or Rte. 14 in E. Montpelier. (Visit https://www.catefarm.com for map/directions.) Paul Cate and Andy Christiansen will share stories of relatives who are buried there. Afterwards, we will proceed to the Old Brick Church in E. Montpelier Village for a potluck and sharing of artifacts from North Montpelier Village.
