Town Common - Site Plan - 08-01-06.001 – For the first phase of improvements to create a town common, including regrading and drainage; landscaping and tree planting; and pavilion and sidewalk connection, located on 'Lot #1' at the southwest corner of the VT Route 116 and Farmall Drive intersection in the Village Zoning District.
4. Decision Deliberation:
• Champlain Valley School District - Site Plan - 16-20-46.000: To upgrade storm water treatment at Champlain Valley High School on the 80.50-acre school property located at 369 CVU Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on August 20, 2024.
• Alison & John Powers - Final Plat - 16-20-14.100 - For a two-lot subdivision of a 7.05-acre property located at 125 Place Road East in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on September 3, 2024.
