Mt Ascutney's South Peak and the old Hang Glider Launch are hidden gems, not very far from the top parking lot. It might just become one of your favorite places to view the foliage in a few weeks. Meet at the top parking lot at 10:30am. It is a short, fairly easy hike to the launch pad.
