What a great turnout we had last week at our weekly Community Dinner - it was so good to see everyone back, and we promise to have even more food this time! Dinner will run from 4:30pm-6:00pm, and this meal is free and open to anyone in the greater Craftsbury area and neighboring towns.
Students in our Food Harvest and Conservation class dove deep into dairy this week - so we hope you like cheese! We will be making beef or goat rendang (a stew), with meat from the Sterling Farm, homemade saag paneer with milk from Sweet Rowen Farmstead in Albany, and fresh garlic naan. There will be the largest cheeseboard in Orleans County, and dessert is ice cream and a variety of cookies. All diets are accommodated!
Students will give brief presentation at 5:30pm covering a couple components of the menu they created.
We hope to see you there!
