Join Anjali Budreski for a deep stretch and gentle flow to welcome the season of Autumn. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated yoga flow and end with a blissful guided relaxation. We will gently release the energy of summer and welcome the gifts and gold of fall. Rather than fearing the colder, darker months, we might recognize that they hold a potent opportunity to slow down, listen and do less, not more. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, as well as any props you like to have with you.
This is a community class geared for all levels. Registration is Required, Donations of $5-$15 are greatly appreciated but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
