We are excited and delighted to welcome Sy Montgomery and the illustrator of her many books, Matt Patterson, to Bear Pond Books on Wednesday September 18th at 7pm! The two will be discussing the vast and fascinating world of nature and animals, and the numerous creatures that her work has highlighted. The paperback release of Of Time and Turtles falls just one day before her visit, so be sure to pick up a copy! And of course, we couldn't talk turtles and tortoises without our very own, Veruca, making a guest appearance. Perhaps we'll all learn something new about everyone's favorite bookstore tortoise!
