Friday's Stowe Sound Immersion has a few seats left. Jack and I layer tones, rhythm, and vibration in this acoustic hour of relaxation, expansion, and release. Our guests lie on a mat with pillows and optional eye pillows, selenite palm stones, and perhaps a blanket. Our structured program connects with and integrates all of the chakras and energy centers of the body. Come enjoy a nourishing and meditative experience.
