Part 2 of the Women's Pelvic Health and Fitness Series: Pelvic Health & Fitness for Pregnant/Postpartum Athlete. Learn about the role of the pelvic floor during and after pregnancies, learn about pelvic floor physical therapy, tips and tricks for common pregnancy aches and pains, trimester specific exercises and guidelines, and the importance of MOVEMENT for pregnancy and postpartum.
This will be led by certified pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Katie Pratt PT, DPT with a guest appearance from Jen Farrugia MS, ATC, CSCS.
This is a great workshop for anyone who is thinking about pregnancy, pregnant or in the postpartum period of time. Remember, postpartum can be years later! Especially if you never fully healed or recovered.
