The United Church of Underhill's Clutter Barn will accept donations on Sat., Sept. 14 from 8:30 – noon. This is our final donation day this year!! We are only taking fall and winter clothing. No summer clothes please.

if you would like a receipt for tax purposes, our greeter has them available.

We hope you can join us at Harvest Market on Sept. 28 and 29, our final sale of the season.

Here's the drill for donating:
Please enter the church parking lot from Park Street. We unload one car at a time. Before you donate, you are required to sort your donations.

At home, please sort and box, bag or crate your items into the following categories to speed up the drop-off process:

Toys, games and puzzles/ Spring and summer clothing (separate bags for baby, children and adult)/ Small electronics and appliances/ Household items, glasses, dishes/ Linens and bedding/ Fabric, sewing and craft items/ Sports/ Books (separate bags for children & teen/ adult)/ Boots/ Pictures and frames/ Tools/ Wooden items/ Office supplies/ Holiday decorations/ Small pieces of furniture, such as chairs and tables.

FYI: We are not accepting skis, boots and poles, artificial Christmas trees (plain and decorated), VHS tapes and cassette tapes, health and beauty powders, bed frames, shoes, cookbooks.

Procedures for Dropping Off Donations:

A. Do not pull up in front of the Clutter Barn. No donations will be accepted at the front door. Instead, drive to Park Street. Enter church driveway on Park Street (between tan apartment building and white house).
B. When you enter the church driveway from Park Street, a volunteer will greet you. The volunteer will ask if your donations are sorted into the categories listed above. If so, the volunteer will direct you to pull forward and direct where to wait in line until it is your turn to unload. The volunteer will provide a donation receipt if you desire one.
