Woods Walks: Explore Foxglove Farm's 68-acre property, including a working forest, maple syrup production, and more.

Build a bluebird house
Dissect owl pellets
Participate in a wetland exploration led by Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation Wetland Ecologist, Zapata Courage
Catered Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal and connect with fellow woodland stewards and forest enthusiasts.

About Foxglove Farm:
Nestled between the Green Mountains and Champlain Valley, Foxglove Farm blends land stewardship with agritourism. Since becoming a certified Vermont Tree Farm in 2016, the Raishart family has worked to enhance wildlife habitat, promote biodiversity, and manage their land for wood products, maple sugaring, and recreation. Their passion for education and sustainable woodland management shines through everything they do. During the event, the Raishart family will be honored as the 2024 VT Tree Farmers of the Year for their exemplary work in sustainable woodland management.

Sign up for the morning woods walk or the full day (includes lunch and afternoon hands-on family activities)
The registration fee helps cover the cost of the catered lunch, with a suggested donation. All are welcome regardless of ability to pay registration fee.
