Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training for Early Childhood Educators
In this free 2-hour Professional Development training, we will explore safety strategies to protect young children from harm and teach them social-emotional skills to help them learn and grow in ways that are age-appropriate and fun.
Skills include:
• setting boundaries
• safety with words
• staying in charge of their bodies
• asking for help
• checking first before changing the plan
Early Childhood Professionals will leave this 2-hour workshop with skills to incorporate Kidpower's safety language, concepts, and skills into their work with young children and their parents and guardians.
Continuing education credit is available through Northern Lights.
Note: Three workshop dates and locations are available:
